Rotation Options - Distribute By : Course Evaluations

The Distribute by Group option will distribute results by the item selected in the Group By list.

NOTE:This option only works in the individual views.

Block (Combined)

Combine by block	Y	Overall	OVERALL (filter all selected blocks), overall questions only	Survey, Close Date, and Block	Data is aggregated by the surveys selected. The overall questions are aggregated by all blocks chosen. Each person's data appears in a separate report that compares all of the block combinations by name, period, and years and gives an overall aggregate on each question for the blocks. The surveys being reported on, total responses aggregated by survey (summary /grouping applied), and focus (overall or person name) appear in the header.
