Below is an example of a Group Email template that can be used to communicate to survey participants. Simply copy and paste the below text in to a new Group Email template in Course Evaluations. You will then be able to customize the email, if needed.

Your feedback regarding courses and lecturers is very important to SCHOOL NAME HERE. Your comments make a difference in the planning and presentation of our curriculum. The composite results are reviewed by the Dean, Department Chairs and instructors to help them plan for change and improvement.

We value your opinion.

We collect the data by having you fill out the evaluations at your convenience. The evaluation forms are on-line on a confidential evaluation site. You will find your login name and password included with this e-mail. We ask that all students evaluate all courses as quickly as you can. Some course evaluations also have questions dealing with your appraisal of individual course faculty. Your responses will be anonymous. However, please keep in mind that your comments will provided exactly as written.
