Students, instructors, departments chairs, and school administrators access the MyCoursEval (MyCE) portal to:

  • Take surveys
  • View reports
  • Preview surveys
  • Add Questions (when enabled)
  • Set open/close (when enabled)


Accessing portal features

These features are available within the MyCE portal via menu options. Many of these features may also be embedded in Learning Management Systems:

  • The LMS Dashboard provides access to active surveys, completed surveys, missed surveys, recent reports. This graphical dashboard can be incorporated into most LMS systems using LTI.
  • The MyCE BlackBoard Building Block provides a list of active surveys that can be taken directly from BlackBoard. There is also a link to go to the MyCE portal. All of these features are available via LTI for seamless single-sign-on.
  • The Jenzabar integrated solution provides a list of active surveys that can be taken directly from JICS. There is also a link to go to the MyCE portal. All of these features are available via a proprietary single-sign-on method.
