Courses and surveys can be manually maintained in Course Evaluations. You have the ability to add/remove students and faculty on courses and also to select/deselect on surveys. This flexibility means that managers can fit Course Evaluations to their evaluation process.
But, you may have the capability to automatically add/remove students on courses and synchronize to surveys. These features in Course Evaluations will save you time:
- Student Enrollment Import - Select the options to synchronize to surveys and remove submissions for withdrawn students.
- After adding and dropping students manually on courses, use the Synchronize option found on the Action menu in the Survey Detailed Settings page
