Looking to add or remove a course from an active (or closed) survey? If so, this article will show you the steps to manage the courses attached to a survey.


Adding a Course to a Survey

  1. Go to the Survey Menu - Survey Administrations - Select Courses
  2. If needed, use the filter section to search for a course, look for the course via filters, or simply clicking the "Apply Data Filters" button to show all available courses that are not attached to the survey
  3. Select the course(s) to be added
  4. Click ‘Save’

Removing a Course from a Survey

  1. Go to the Survey Menu - Survey Administrations - Select Courses
  2. Select Remove Course and Responses located at the bottom left of the screen
  3. Choose the course to be removed from the drop down menu, enter a reason for the removal and select Remove. This will remove the course and ALL responses from the survey and reports
