Need help removing/resetting a participant response? This will sometimes be needed if the participant accidentally chooses the incorrect response choice on the survey or if the participant thought they were evaluating a different individual or course.  


  1. Go to the Survey Menu > Survey Administrations > Detailed Settings
  2. Click on the number under Selected Participants (e.g. 6/7) for the course in question
  3. Click Remove a Participants Response option
  4. Select the Participant/s to remove and then enter a reason for the change
  5. Click Remove Response(s)
  6. Refresh the Detailed Settings page
  7. If the survey is still Active the student would now be able to go back to the survey list and edit their original responses
