Course Evaluations allows for faculty and department administrators to see an entire anonymous submission for each student responding to the survey. An option is enabled in the Evaluation report for this feature.The faculty member will see a magnifying glass next to each text response on the report. When the magnifying glass is clicked, a new screen will open where the faculty member can see all radio and memo questions for that student’s submission. If the student does not leave a text comment, this information will not be available. An additional feature is available only to Course Evaluations Managers that allows them to not only see the submission for the course they are viewing, but to also view the submissions for all courses that were evaluated on the survey.
