The Director Report is a specialized report that is used for faculty assessment of student-focused rotation surveys. These surveys are non-anonymous and typically include feedback options for roles including Responsible Faculty, and Course Administrators. There are a number of steps involved in generating the report, and this guide is intended to help managers successfully launch and maintain the surveys and reports.

The criteria to create a Director Report:

  • Rotation survey with the Assessment Focus of ‘Faculty will assess Students’
  • Director Report option  is activated on the Results Access screen for questions
  • Survey must be set up as non-anonymous
  • Questions must be multiple type
