The imports listed below are specific to Rotation surveys. These imports are an easy way to connect the data needed for the survey to the rotation courses.
- Site Import– creates record for each site participants go to in their experience. This import contains information about the location of the rotation, like the name,an abbreviation, and the site type. Users can also attach a site administrator who will have access to the site specific data.
- Block Import– creates record for each block of time participants need to take a survey about their experience. The import contains a block name, a block code (some thing the end users will understand), and the start and end dates of the block.
- Course Site Import – links courses to sites and
is done EVERY assessment period. The import contains the course number., course section, site identifier (name or abbreviation), and the assessment period of the courses.
- Course Block Import- links courses to blocks and is done EVERY assessment period. The import contains the course number, course section, block identifier (name or code), and the assessment period of the courses.
- Faculty Site Import- links faculty and preceptors to the sites where they teach. The import contains the site identifier (name or abbreviation) and the person identifier (username, ID number, or email address).
