The process is the same as for standard surveys, templates are created and messages are deployed, the deployment rate is what is the primary difference between the two.

  • Create the group email templates for the announcement and the reminder messages to participants and the results availability email for faculty
  • Go to Group Email Manager to create the group e-mail campaign for the entire survey cycle
  • Send the announcement every X days to Participants who were assigned to complete evaluations in the surveys selected , but have not yet done so – at the start of each block
  • Send the reminder every X days to Participants who were assigned to complete evaluations in the surveys selected , but have not yet done so – to remind students to take the surveys
  • Send the results availability email at the end of each block or at the end of the survey cycle
