Are you looking to add a Course Administrators to a course/s? Course Evaluations defines Course Administrators as non-teaching faculty who supervise a course or courses. 


Here is how Course Administrators are attached to courses, via import:

  • Course Administrators are added via an enrollment import
  • Course Administrators need to be added each semester as the courses are unique to each period/term
  • The below survey/template 'Results Access' chart needs to have the Course Administrator row filled in so that they can view the reports for the course:
