Passwords can only be changed for campuses that utilize Internal/local Authentication (Course Evaluations passwords). Passwords cannot be changed in the faculty/student portal for those using campus Single-Sign-On (SSO).

Course Evaluations Portal Change Password (Internal Authentication only):

  1. Log-In to the Course Evaluations Response Portal
  2. Go to the Help Menu and select Change Password
  3. Course Evaluations will prompt the user to enter a new password and confirm it. When a new password is entered, hit Save
  4. Once the new password is saved, the user will see confirmation that the password is changed and may return to the Home Page to take surveys or view reports
