• Create a new Rotation Survey with the Assessment Focus: Faculty will assess Students.
  • Select people based questions for the survey
  • Go to Display Options and select the questions that need to appear in the Director Report:
  • In the Results Access screen set the Participant Anonymity to: “This is NOT an anonymous survey. Participants will be identified on individual response reports and in exports. 
  • At the bottom of the Results Access page there is a checkbox to enable the Director Report that allows the manager to customize the layout of the data.

  • Enter any feedback questions needed for the Director Report, see the article Setting Up Feedback Questions
  • Finish the set up and deployment of the Rotation Survey
