Any number of data of items can be imported to automatically be displayed for students once their evaluations are completed and/or via the Completed Survey List. The Student Engagement Import resembles the Enrollment Import, but includes two other pieces of information:

  • Incentive Name – Describes the data item
  • Incentive Value – The value for the student


There is no limit to the number of items that can be added for a student on a course, but 5 or less will provide best results.


NOTE: Items can be removed by re-importing with blank values. This is handy if you use this feature to provide early grade release and then you want to clear the grades from Course Evaluations once the viewing period is over.

This field will be used to identify students in the database. Users can use one of the following fields in this column: ID Number, User Name, or Email Address
