Below is an example of a Group Email template that can be used to communicate to survey participants. Simply copy and paste the below text in to a new Group Email template in Course Evaluations. You will then be able to customize the email, if needed.


Dear <<FirstName>>:


Student notification will begin tomorrow, November 11, 20XX and surveys will remain open to students until Tuesday, November 20, 20XX. We need your assistance to boost student participation. Your reminders to students are the most effective encouragement for students to complete all of their surveys. When students know that you value their views, participation increases. Students will receive an e-mail with log-on instructions. Further reminders will be sent to students with uncompleted surveys but participation remains anonymous and voluntary.
