The Department Administrator Import is used to quickly enter and update department administrator access rights information into Course Evaluations.
Required Import Fields:
Description | Updatable | Notes |
Department | No | Department name, abbrev, or code. Make sure department is always entered the same (For example: Bio on all - NOT Bio then Biology on the next record) or multiple departments will be created |
PersonIdentifier | No | This field will be used to identify department administrators in the database. Users can use one of the following fields in this column: ID Number, User Name, or Email Address |

AllowCourseResults | Yes | Allow Admin to view results based on the course department: Y/Yes or N/No(empty) |
AllowInstructorResults | Yes | Allow Admin to view results based on the instructor department: Y/Yes or N/No/(empty) |
AllowQuestionManagement | Yes | Allow Admin to manage questions for their department: Y/Yes or N/No/(empty) |
AllowQuestionSelection | Yes | Allow Admin to select questions for their department: Y/Yes or N/No/(empty) |
