Course Designations are used as a way to filter information at the survey and reporting levels of Course Evaluations. The Course Designations can be shared across schools. A Course Designation can be any descriptor that the Course Evaluations Manager needs. Examples of Course Designations are on-line, on-ground courses, or rotations.
Course Designations can also be used to tie certain questions to specific courses. This option is set up in the Question Manager or in the Display Options of the survey.
Adding/Editing Course Types
- Select 'Add New' from the list screen.
- Enter the Course Designation.
- Enter the Short Name or abbreviation.
- Select if the Course Designation is to be shared across schools.
- Click 'Add.'
