The Individual Report is focused on individual performance of the faculty and the course. The Teaching Site Report allows the Course Evaluations Manager to break down the rotation results by each specific site.
Faculty members are given access to these reports by going to Survey -> Survey Administrations and selecting the Results Access section of Survey Settings.
Faculty can be given access to the overall course results as well as their own faculty-based question results within the Role Security Settings grid.
