This feature presents users with a super-fast static report. Static means that it is just a web page that will not change. When the report is generated the user will apply an expiration date. When this date is reached the report will be automatically deleted and will not be recoverable

How it works:

  • After publishing a report it will show up on the Published Report List.
  • An icon on the list enables users to simply click to create an email with a link to the report. If the report was published for the Course Evaluations Response Portal, the email option is removed and the link is hidden from the user.
  • If the report is made publicly available the link can be placed on a school portal so that users can click it to view results.
  • The report will reside on the Course Evaluations server as a static web page.
  • No authentication will be required to view the report.
  • The report will have a constant name so that it can be updated (replaced) without requiring a change to the link in the school portal.
  • Only a single report can be made available. If a second report is published it will overwrite the first and the first will be removed.
  • If the report is made available in the Course Evaluations Response Portal it will be available on the menu only.
  • There are no restrictions at this time as to who can see this report once it is published. For example, users cannot make it available to certain instructors or department administrators and they cannot hide from students.
  • Only a single report can be made available. If a second report is published it will overwrite the first and the first will be removed.
  • When the report expiration date passes the report will be removed from the server and the entry will be removed from the Published Report List.
