The Select Courses icon displays all courses that are associated with the program and term attached to the survey, including courses that may not have received any responses. The Course Evaluations Manager can remove all of the courses that have no responses received after the survey closes to boost the response rate of the survey.
- On the Survey, go to Select Courses
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Courses selected for this survey (NO results received)' section
- Click 'Select None'
- Save
- All courses with no responses are removed from the survey
