Have you ever wondered what happened to the reasons you entered for removing a course, response, student, or evaluated individual? Wonder no more! We have added a report so you can review those past changes when needed.
The Survey Audit Log contains a number of filters including:
- Audit Type (the four listed above)
- Database
- Month/Year
- Search (survey, course, description, manager name, reason)
Updated Audit Log Entries
- Each of the audit types captures the data that is updated.

Past entries were converted to the format needed but in a few cases you may see “Unknown” for a course or survey description when the data could not be converted or if it no longer exists.
