CoursEval Managers may choose to have Department Chairs add department level questions to surveys (See Department Questions) or they may choose to add them in the Manager Portal of CoursEval.


  • Add the department questions needed to the question category in Department Questions
  • Set up the survey
  • Go to the display options on the survey
  • Click show hide category details for the category specific to the department
  • Select the department(s) that apply to the questions
  • Save
  • Go to the detailed settings and preview the survey, the questions will appear at the bottom
