This article is an overview of the Survey Intelligence (SI) Reports Aggregations. Aggregations are used to organize the appearance of data in the SI Report. Aggregations are selected to group the data in a way that is meaningful to the report end user.

Users have nineteen levels of aggregation available, but should chose only what is needed to ensure the report is readable.

The aggregations include:

Database

  • This will only make a difference for Course Evaluations sites with multiple databases/schools defined.
  • The Database can be used to define the institutional hierarchy, segregate campuses, etc.  This is a useful comparison point for our larger institutions.

Evaluated Username

  • This can be used in conjunction with or in place of the Evaluated Individual name.
  • Using this key, exports can be used to join in additional data or link data to other systems.
