Yes, students can edit their responses to a survey if the CoursEval Manager has enabled the "Edit Survey Results: Allow participants to edit submitted survey results until survey closes" option in the Survey Site Setup. Selecting this option will enable participants to update and resubmit surveys through MyCoursEval's completed surveys list until the close of the survey.
