There are some valid cases where a Manager or Instructor clicks an Evaluation Report and nothing shows up. There was an old message that the security settings prevented the results from being displayed. However, there are a many reasons, potentially including security settings, that could be the reason why the results were not showing.


There are complex scenarios that may only be discovered by viewing a report.


For example:

  • An instructor is only allowed to access comments and the Evaluation Report settings are set to hide comments or no one answered the question.
  • A Manager can see responses that have been submitted for an active survey, but the statistics have not been calculated
  • On a team-taught course, students only answer questions for one instructor. The other instructors would have nothing to view.
  • Only N/A responses were selected on a survey and there were no comments.
