The Detailed Settings page, Action, to add department-based questions retains the previously configured question category sort order on the administration unless new categories are added. When new categories are added the sort order is reset to the default order to properly sort overall and people-based questions for a more intuitive survey flow.



The resulting message after this process shows when new categories were added and if the sort order has been reset. If no new categories are added, the question category sort order will remain as-is
