The Manager Landing Page contains all the information needed to see a snapshot of the site, contact support, and search the support center. The landing page is broken down into three sections:

  • The Left Side Channel 
    • Quick Links to the most used features
    • Support Quick links to ask for help, look for information, or join a discussion group
      • Support Home
      • Discussion Groups
      • Request Support
      • My Tickets
      • Email Support
  • The Center Channel
    • Survey Summary displays the basic response statistics for recent and active surveys
    • Upcoming Scheduled Events shows a list of automated tasks that are set to go out, like emails and survey administrations
    • Recent Events shows a list of automated tasks that have occurred, like emails and survey administrations
    • Site Recommendations a list of important and recommended changes that should be made, this is a suggested to do list
      • Recommendations are checked twice per day (2 a.m. and 2 p.m.)

      • Items will disappear from the list once they are fixed or the built-in expiration date passes

    • Support links to contact support
    • Release Notes a link to the most recent release information
  • The Right Side Channel
    • Submissions is a snapshot of submissions over a 24 hour period
    • Log Ins is a snapshot of log ins over a 24 hour period
    • Reports is a snapshot of reports run over a 24 hour period
    • Imports is a snapshot of imports run over a 24 hour period
