The Manager Landing Page contains all the information needed to see a snapshot of the site, contact support, and search the support center. The landing page is broken down into three sections:
- The Left Side Channel
- Quick Links to the most used features
- Support Quick links to ask for help, look for information, or join a discussion group
- Support Home
- Discussion Groups
- Request Support
- My Tickets
- Email Support
- The Center Channel
- Survey Summary displays the basic response statistics for recent and active surveys
- Upcoming Scheduled Events shows a list of automated tasks that are set to go out, like emails and survey administrations
- Recent Events shows a list of automated tasks that have occurred, like emails and survey administrations
- Site Recommendations a list of important and recommended changes that should be made, this is a suggested to do list
Recommendations are checked twice per day (2 a.m. and 2 p.m.)
Items will disappear from the list once they are fixed or the built-in expiration date passes

- Submissions is a snapshot of submissions over a 24 hour period
- Log Ins is a snapshot of log ins over a 24 hour period
- Reports is a snapshot of reports run over a 24 hour period
- Imports is a snapshot of imports run over a 24 hour period
