Looking to send an individual their login credentials and/or URL link to the MyCoursEval portal? If so, this article will assist you with this task.
NOTE: Internally Authenticated users will see their system username. For added security, the password will not show in the email, but it can be easily reset if the password is forgotten via the portal login page.
Institutions that use an External Authentication method will only see their username.
Here are the steps
- Log in as a manager in CoursEval
- Click on the Setup Menu on the top right
- Under Core Data, click either Students or Faculty/Staff, depending on who is requesting the login credentials
- Filter to find the individual
- Click on the individual's last name to open their record
- Select the option for 'Send Credentials to User'
