The Participant Response Report gives detailed information about who has and has not completed the survey selected. The totals for completed and non-completed appear at the top of the list by course.

  • 'All Participants Report.'  This report details the course, department, year, and who has/has not completed the survey for the course.
  • Not Completed Report
    • Course View - This report details who has not completed the survey for a particular course.
    • Participant View- This report shows the not completed and completed surveys by participant name and course. 
      • If the participant is repeated, the name is greyed out after the first appearance.
      • The mobile icon will appear in the course list if the participant submitted using a mobile device.
      • NOTE: By clicking on a student name, the Course Evaluations Manager can send an individual e-mail message to the student.


Exporting the Participant Response Report

  • Set the drop down menus at the top of the screen to filter the data for the export.
  • Click 'Export Report Data' in the upper right corner of the report.
  • Select the export option.
    • Export all available participant survey completion data - This option exports all the data for all surveys and all databases in Course Evaluations.  
    • Only export data for: 'Survey Name Here' - This option exports all the data for the survey selected.
    • Export the data with the filters that are selected.  This option will export all the data that meets the selected criteria.
  • Click 'Export.'
  • Select the export needed.
    • Combined export (Completed and Not Completed) - Gives a list of students who have and have not completed their assigned surveys.
    • Evaluations not completed only - Gives a list of students who have not completed their assigned surveys.
    • Completed Evaluations Only - Gives a list of students who have completed their assigned surveys.
  • Click on the export name.
  • The Windows File Download box will appear.  Click 'Save File.'  Save the document to a place that is easy to remember, like the Desktop of the computer.
  • Type in a name for the file in the File Name box and click 'Save.'  The file can now be used by the school.
