If the Support Center is calling you "Mysterious User", it's because your CoursEval Manager User account does not have your first and last name specified.


Step by Step Instructions to Correct this Problem

  • Go to the Setup menu in CoursEval
  • Click on the CE Manager Users
  • Find your user name in the list of Manager Users
  • Click to edit your entry
  • Specify your first name and last name 
  • Click Save
