If e-mails are not sending go to the Set Up menu
- Click on the Service Status option. Clicking this option will open a page that displays if the service is active (running) or inactive (needs to be restarted.) If the service needs to be restarted, contact the school's server administrator.
OR
- Check the e-mail settings in the Mail Server Settings. Check to see that the server is the correct e-mail server address. Also, check the port settings. The port should be port 25 and may be blocked by the school's firewall on the server or network.
