Using the Group Email Manager wizard, choose to send emails to students, faculty, and/or administrators attached to surveys using the first choice (Message to Survey participants or people being evaluated). There is a second option (Message to people not associated with a survey) allowing the manager to send a focused email to specific departments, roles, courses, or specific email addresses, which may offer more options than the first.
