The Pick List Editor displays the pick lists (or drop-down lists) that are available for use in the faculty and student data entry forms.  This form displays the pick-list fields that may be edited for Course Evaluations. The Pick List Editor allows the  Course Evaluations Manager to control what is displayed in selected drop-down menus throughout the program.  Each pick-list item belongs to a pick-list group that can be selected using the drop-down list at the top of the screen.  This will display the pick-list items for that group. Pick List items can be manually entered or nrought in through the faculty and student imports.

  • Select a pick list area from the drop-down menu.
  • Select 'Add New' from the list screen.
  • Enter the name of the pick-list item in the Item box.
  • The 'Order' text box will contain a zero.  If it is left as a zero, it will automatically add the pick-list item to the bottom of the list and assign it the next number.  
    • To add a new pick-list item in the middle of the list, enter the number where it is to appear in the list.  The program will automatically adjust the remaining pick-list items so that they are numbered correctly.
  • Click 'Add.'
