The Participant Response export provides a file that contains data on all of the survey completers and non-completers. The export includes an indicator for who has completed, and the submit date/submit time.
The Participant Response Extract allows the Course Evaluations Manager to extract the report on set schedule at off peak times to a specific folder location.

- Select the year(s) of the survey(s) to include in the extract.

- Text delimiters are the characters used to surround text values. By default, Course Evaluations will use a double-quote. This field delimiter is required to handle the case where the column delimiter is included within the text. e.g. full name "Doe, John". They include:

- Single-Quote
- Carat
- Underscore
- Tilda
