The best time to schedule these processes is overnight.
For faculty:
- Don’t schedule surveys to close (requires data calculations) and group email send to faculty at the same time in the morning.
- Set the email throttle rate per minute (in Mail Server Settings) to prevent all faculty from logging in at the same time that they get the email. Throttling staggers the sends and this staggers the opening of the reports.
