If your column headers are not populating, when you are importing into Course Evaluations, there are a few things that you can do to resolve the issue:
- Make sure the columns headers listed in the spreadsheet match the acceptable column header names in Course Evaluations. To find the names, you will need to do the following:
- Login to Course Evaluations
- Click the Imports menu
- Click the import type that you would like to review
- On the top right, click Data Dictionary
- We highly suggest using the column header names under the 'Alternate Column Name' column
- If you are pulling the data files from the SIS database make sure that the files are exported/encoded as ANSI:
