User Roles are created by the Course Evaluations Manager.  The roles provide a way to classify and group users who will be participating in surveys or viewing survey results. Several User Roles are "Read Only" and cannot be edited because the program relies on their existence for certain operations.  Administrative roles cannot be created, but the CE Manager is free to create as many student and faculty roles as needed.


Sample user roles that can be created by the CE Manager include:

  • Tutor
  • Chief Resident

NOTE: Imported faculty will automatically be assigned the roles of Participating Faculty and Responsible Faculty.
